Alex Otti, the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance won at the Owerri division of the Court of Appeal last December through the instrumentality of a former Governor of Rivers State who allegedly made moves through a Leader of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos to ensure that only Appeal court Justices willing to dance to the tune of the music were drafted to rule on the Abia Case.

On December 31st 2015,a special Squad of Appeal Court Justices were drafted from Lagos to execute the deal sealed at the House Of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos.

The Deal was rightly delivered when Justice Oyebisi Omoleye who led Four others of his colleagues Declared Alex Otti Winner of Abia governorship election after disenfranchising over 300,000 Registered voters of Obingwa Osisioma and Isialangwa North LGA’s which huge controversies had been generated due to the ill fated Judgement.

It was gathered that attempt by Alex Otti to penetrate into the mind of Justice Mary Odili, wife of a former Governor of Rivers State Dr Peter Odili failed, as he was clearly told that the Panel set up to hear the Appeal by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu had no different Judgement to give because the two contending issues of Over voting and Card reader has been laid to rest by the Apex court in Zamfara, Lagos, Ebonyi and Rivers State respectively.

The Supreme Court vowed not to entertain fear nor favour just as they did in the case of Nyesom Wike Vs Dakuku Adol Peterside
