The statement of LP Vice presidential candidate did not in any violate any NBC code. He simply stated the fact as provided by S. 134(2) of the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria. The truth remains that the INEC Chairman breached both the Electoral Act 2022 and the Constitution to announce BAT as president elect and swearing him into office without resolving the issues arising from the constitutional infractions will be unconstitutional. So Datti Baba Ahmed did not say anything outside what Nigerians already know. This purported sanctions on Channels Television may be counter productive and I advice NBC to withdraw it and stop being controlled by Bayo Onanuga and his likes. We need peace in this country.
