According to the NTA, he gave assurance for “free fair and credible general elections” when he collected his permanent voter’s card from INEC, in Otuoke in Bayelsa state.
“Also, the president commended INEC for work on the permanent card and assured Nigerians that the permanent voter’s card marks the beginning of a credible election.”
Now, why all of a sudden, Jonathan and the PDP are so stridently opposed to the use of PVC and the card reader for the March 28, 2015 election?
