Hundreds of Massob members are currently protesting for immediate sack of Inec Chairman Prof.Attahiru Jega,Promise Uzoma Okoro reliably gathered from informed sources in Umuahia that the massob protesters are currently holding seige to Ikot-ekpene Road,Ibeku road and Inec office road axis of the city.
According to an eye witnessed who spoke with PUO in a telephone interview,the protesters were protesting for the immediate removal of Inec Boss under the watchful eyes of the Nigeria Police in Umuahia,some of the Placards carried by the protesters Read”Jega mus go” Jega is Jaga jaga,’we dont want card readers for election among others.
It will be recalled that the rulling PDP in Nigeria is rattled over the insistance of Inec Boss to conduct the general election with Card Reader which will make it difficult for the elections to be rigged,the PDP has also ask for the sack of Inec Boss.
