The Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress(APC) has asked its members to disregard the rulling of Justice Lanbi Akanbi of the Federal High Court sitting in Porthacourt,which reportedly nullified the MAY 23rd election of the 22 Local Government Chairmen in Rivers State.

The party made this known through statement issued in portahrcourt by its Publicity Secretary Mr.Chris FineBone,Chris maintained that Justice Akanbi erred in Law by rulling on a matter which is still pending at the Court of Appeal,not minding an injuction by the National Industrial Court sitting in Yenagoa which barred the Rivers State Governor and the state Assembly from taken any action against the Council Chairmen.
The party called on the Rivers State Governor Barr.Nyesom Wike to focuse on using his short term as governor to do something tangible rather than looking for any available Judge he can bath with the 30B Naira he borrowed from Banks,which his state House Of Assembly
