The supporters of Okezie Ikpeazu are using the sobriquet Okezuola Abia to indicate that with the emergence of Okezie Ikpeazu albeit, on stolen mandate, that distribution of power in Abia is now complete. What a fallacy and self serving slogan of some misguided Obingwa People especially those in diaspora.In Iboland, when sharing is completed, the sharing goes back to the person that has taken the first slot. Igbere should now have another slot.
While it suits Obingwa people they shout that Okezuola Abia, having had their slots of Deputy Governor to the exclusion of Isiala Ngwa and Ukwa people. Obingwa also have taken the senatorial seat several times to the exclusion of Ukwa people. Has “Okezuola”?. Do they understand actually the ethnic configuration of the state. The Aro man is not a brother to the Isuikwuato man. The Igbere man has nothing in common with the Uturu man, yet according to Obingwa people “Okezuola Abia”.
Oke in Igbo land means sharing. You share from the top and not the bottom. If this is “Oke” ie “sharing” . When will an Isiala Ngwa man aspire to be Governor. Anyway you look at it. From prison he came to rule and having finished his tenure to that prison he must return.
Orji Uzor Kalu, made him Governor to cover up his mess, because as the Chief of Staff, his signature was everywhere. ASEPA is the conduit to Siphon money from the state, Okezie was the man there. So was Cosmas Ndukwe. These people must face the scrutiny of the law.
Oke ga ezu Abia when Alex Otti reclaims his mandate, when development comes to Abia. When Abia will compete with other states until then, we are still under the yoke, Under bondage.
