The Nigeria Police Force has vacated the Council Headquaters Of The Rivers State Local Government Areas,PUO REPORTS Reliably learnt.

It will be recalled that the Police had yesterday acting on the orders of the Inspector General Of Police barricaded the Council Secretariat’s to prevent break down of law and order following the verdict of Justice Lambo Akambi led Federal High Court which nullified the MAY 23rd Local Government Elections in Rivers State.
There was public outcry by the state Governor Barr.Nyesom Wike over the action of the police,Mr Wike maintained that he didnt dissolve the Councils but the Court Did.
