Two policemen in Benin has reportedly brutalized a man named Jerry gbuobadia for having too many tattoo on his body.According to witnesses, Jerry was attacked with the use of their baton leaving his eye swollen the victim said that he was asked to be taken to the station which he refused claiming that he did not commit any offence.
