There are strong indications that the Court Of Appeal may return the 22 APC Chairmen who were sacked by a Federal High Court presided over by Justice Lambo Akanbi on July 9 2015,puo Reports Exclusively gathered.
An informed source within the camp of the 22 APC chairmen who confided to Puo Reports stated that as law abiding party,the APC is awaiting the verdict of the Court of Appeal on the matter.
Lastweek Vice President Yemi Osibanjo after meeting with some Party Chieftains from Rivers State in Abuja requested details of the two court ruling,to enable him study the verdict and come up with a final statement,however it was gathered that Vice President Yemi Osibanjo got angry when details of the meeting was released to the public.
Justice Lambo Akanbi had on July 9 sacked the 22 APC Chairmen,who were elected on MAY 23rd 2015,but a major confusion had so far been witnessed in the ruling,because a National Industrial Court sitting in Yenagoa had on June 22nd restrained the state Government from tampering with the tenure of the Chairmen pending the determination of the suit brought by the APC chairmen.
