The Rivers State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja Today adjourned till Monday 27th July 2015 and Wednesday 29th July 2015 for ruling on the issue of jurisdiction and wether or to to strike out the Petition brought by the candidate of the APC Dr.Dakuku Adol Peterside.
Dakuku Peterside and the APC had filled a petition dated MAY 3 2015 challenging the declaration of Barr.Nyesom Ezenwo Wike during the April 11th Governorship Election in the state,Inec had announced Wike the winner of the Guber Poll.
Today the Tribunal Chairman Justice Muazu Pindiga fixed till Monday and wednesday for hearing on the issue of Jurisdiction.
