The series of secret meetings held by Chief Nyesom Wike and his party members across the country is no doubt aimed at deliberately destroying the integrity of the President of Nigeria. President Mohammadu Buhari.Before the general elections, Chief Wike personally bankrolled the various campaign of calumny against the president, held rallies and publicly collaborated the information at our disposal.
We thought that will end with the campaigns. But unfortunately, he has intensified the attack.
We are reliably informed that the leaders of this architect include, but not limited to a PDP governor from the west, Nyesom Wike, Prince Uche Secondus, Olisa Metuh, Dr. Peter Odili and the AIT.
Their brief is to ensure that Buhari does not probe former President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, to destroy the integrity of Governor Amaechi and all close associates of President Buhari before September 2015.
They were physically seen on 17th July 2015 at Hotel Presidential hosting the said PDP governor to a lavished party after the plan was sealed.
We are also told that some Rivers indigenes in the UK has been heavily compromised to lunch an attack on Amaechi. The self acclaimed radio biafra warlord, Nnamdi Kanu is not left out in this onslaught as Nyesom Wike has suddenly caught his fancy.
To further confirm this evil plan, a malicious and fraudulent report was signed by one Jerry Needam and released some days ago against former Gov. Amaechi linking him to a certain foreign account allegedly exposed by CNN reporter, Christine Amanpour. To verify these lies, the said CNN reporter’s twitter handle was bombarded with mails to confirm the claim.
In response, she said “the last time I had a dealing with Nigeria was at the last visit of President Buhari to America”
We are worried at this act of desperation. Is it a ploy to blackmail the president from probing the last administration of President Goodluck Jonathan or shield him from exposing and recovering the looted funds? Part of which was stolen through the ministry of education under Nyesom Wike or is it to taint the impeccable integrity of former governor Amaechi, knowing that the rivers state election will certainly be cancelled? What are they afraid of?
All these will become more clearer as they keep narrowing their chances of survival under this failed tactics.
It is however very important to remind and warn Chief Nyesom Wike and his co- travellers that President Mohammadu Buhari is the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Commander-in-Chief and deserves the respect of all, including Nyesom Wike.
We therefore call on Gov. Amaechi to institute a libel suit against the current Rivers state govt to serve as deterrent to these desperados.
