The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal Sitting In Abuja has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commision(INEC) in Rivers State to produce the materials the Commission used to conduct Election in Eleme/Oyibo/Tai Federal Constituency.
Recall that last week the Tribunal had refused the pre-preliminary objections filled by Hon.Dr.Jacobson Mbina,the candidate of the PDP to ensure Chief Hon.Barr.Barinada Mipigi,the candidate of the APC in the Eleme/oyibo/Tai Federal Constituency is declared ineligible to be presented as a candidate for an election.

The Tribunal Judge while given its rulling today,mandated INEC to ensure that used and unused Ballot papers,result sheets Forms EC0B,Forms EC07 used for Eleme/Tai/Oyigbo Federal Constituency in the March 28th National Assembly elections was brought before it on Tuesday August 18 2015
