The Department Of State Security Service(DSS) has released the controversial Resident Electoral Commissioner of Rivers State Dame Gesilah Khan.
Khan Release became necessary following the Commencement of the Inspection of materials used during the conduct of Rivers State Guber Polls By the All Progressive Congress(APC)
Recall that few weeks ago,the Rivers REC had been detained at the Headquaters of the DSS following a petition submitted by the foormer governor of Rivers State on behalf of the Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress(APC) over the refusal of the REC to allow the APC and its forensic experts access to the electorial materials.
Mrs.Khan may be addressing the PRESS soon on her ordeal with the SSS.
