Counsel to the Member Representing Obioakpor Federal Constituency Hon.Kingsley Chindah had filled frivolous petitions ranging from Locus Standi,Jurisdiction of the Tribunal to entertain the matter, failure of APC to notify INEC within the 21days as stipulated in the electoral act and the failure of Counsel to Hon.Tony Okocha to pay 100 fee charge.
The Tribunal judge while rulling on the motions accused the PDP and INEC of filling notorious petitions in a desperate bid to scuttle the time frame allowed by law to entertain the disputes arising from the conduct of the Obioakpor Federal Constituency Election.
