The Rivers State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja yesterday was told by the Nigerian Soldiers who were part of the March 28th National Assembly elections in Rivers that,that anyone who says there was an election that day is not saying the truth.
The Soldiers who revealed to the Tribunal that on the day of election,the Nigerian Army were instructed to use Uniform No7 and not their military camouflage,so anyone who was caught putting Nigeria Military camouflage was an imposter to the Military.
The Soldiers who also told the Tribunal that they arrested some of those caught with military atire and handed them over to the Rivers State Police Command.
Following the shocking revelation by men of the Nigerian Army,the member Representing Eleme/Oyibo/Tai Federal Constituency at the National Assembly Hon.Jacobson Nbina bursted into tears in a development which was seen as his admition that surely the tribunal will annul the election that brought him to Power.
