It was a moment of emotions yesterday at the National Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja as one of the three man Panel of Judges handling the Petitions filled by the candidates of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in Rivers State broke into tears after being presented how the PDP killed one Late Saturday Nkirine in Kpite,Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.

PUO REPORTS Learnt that the Female Judge who was among the three men Panel of Justice handling the Petition filled by Mr.Barry Mpigi of the All Progressive Congress(APC) for Eleme/Oyibo/Tai Federal Constituency against the electoral victory of Hon.Jacobson Nbina of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) could not withhold her emotion,when a witness who was among those brought by the APC to testify on the claims that election that produced Mr.Jacobson was marred by a display of gunpowder and rigging,narrated how the late Mr.Saturday Nkirine of the APC was killed by thugs working for the PDP in TAI L.G.A.
