A Former Chief Of Staff To Bayelsa State Government Chief Diekivie Bovie Ikiogha has rejected the outcome of yesterdays Bayelsa State All Progressive Congress(APC) Primaries,where the Leader of the APC in Bayelsa State Chief Timipre Sylva was declared winner.
Chief Ikiogha who disclosed this while briefing his supporters,family and friends in Yenagoa,described as shamble and illegal the process adopted by the New National Panel of the party in connivance with the Bayelsa State working Commitee,he told his supporters that the Chairman of the commitee Retire General Dan Ali Mansur did not meet with the aspirants,nor communicate to them through text messages on the process his team has accepted for the election.
Ikiogha disclosed that he got information that at the late hours of teusday September 29th 2015,the state party Chairman Mr.Tiwei Timipa Orunimigh alongside his excos began compilation of a new delegates list,which defers to the original list of delegates approved by the National Working Commitee of the Party,which made it difficult for the real delegates who are willing to partake in the election,to gain entrance into the party Secretariate.
Ikiogha pleaded with his supporters to remain calm and peaceful,assuring them that as a peaceful and loyal party man,he cannot be fighting his PARTY in the media,but will use every available legal means to seek redress in the Court of Law.
