Embattled President of the Senate Senator Abubaka Bukola Saraki has finally put his evil plot to scuttle the screening of the Former Governor of Rivers State Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi to work following the announcement made by the Spokesman of the Senate Dino Melaye that Amaechio’s fate now lies in the hands of PDP Senators.
Amaechi who was billed to be screened today among other eight newly nominated Minister has suffered series of opposition from the Rivers State Government under his erstwhile former Chief of staff and now governor Nyesom Wike.
Lastweek Amaechi’s screening was postponed Twice over the inability of the Ethics,Privileges and Public Complaint commision to conclude it report on the petition written against his nomination and presented by a Senator from Rivers State.
The danger of the decision of the Senate to shift Amaechi’s screening till tomorow is the fact that the Senate President Senator Bukolar Saraki will be appearing at the Code of Conduct Tribunal with some Senators of the APC Who are loyal to him,and the PDP under Senator Ike Ekweremadu will be presiding over the Proceedings of the Senate tomorrow.
