There had been insunuation that the Tribunal may deliver
their Judgement tomorow,but this after Counsels to both parties were briefed
that the Judgement comes up tomorow.

On Thursday 22nd April 2015 the Tribunal sat and
written addresses of both parties were adopted,the Chairman then asked all the
parties to go saying the date for Judgement will be communicated to them.
