Candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in the April 11 State House house of Assembly election for Portharcourt Constituency 3 in the Rivers State Prince Chima Nnokam has declared that the battle to actualize the Diobu Agenda has not ended despite the decision of the Tribunal which struck out his petition last week.
Chima Nnokam who approached the Rivers State Assembly petition tribunal sitting in Abuja to challenge the declaration of Hon. Victor Ihunwo of the peoples Democratic Party(PDP) by the Independent National Electoral Commision(INEC) as winner of Phalga Constiteuncy in the April election revealed on his facebook Page,that he will Appeal the Judgement lof the Tribunal.
The Tribunal had on the 26th of October while striking out the petition brought by Prince Chima Nnokam of the APC,ruled that the petitioner failed to call witnesses from all the poling units situated in the PHALGA Constituency 3 to prove his case that the election which brought Victor Ihunwo to power was rigged or marred by violence as claimed in his petition to the Tribunal
