THE Bayelsa state chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has disassociated itself from the activities of its governorship candidate for the December 5 governorship election, Chief Christopher Enai.
Enai, a former chairman of Ekeremor Local Government Area and former member of the House of Representatives had last week at the All Progressives Congress, APC, rally in Ekeremor announced his withdrawal from the race to rally support for the APC candidate chief Timipre Sylva.
In a statement in Yenagoa yesterday signed by the state party chairman Engr John Sokare and National Vice Chairman South South Chief Tony Eboka, the party disassociated from the activities of Enai, accusing him of abandoning the mandate given to him by the party.
