The case instituted against the Director Of Pirate Radio Biafra yesterday suffered set back following the failure of the magistrate Court Judge to appear at yesterday’s sitting of the court.

The Judge had adjourned till on December 1st 2015 for consideration of the prayers by the Department of State Security (DSS) for the court to hands off from the case,to enable the security service prosecute KANU for terrorism.
The prayers of the DSS came after it discovered that Nnamdi KANU was sponsoring terrorism and procurering arms against the Nigerian State.
