The court of Appeal sitting in ABUJA has nullified the election of Hon.Kingsley Chindah,member representing Obio-Akpor Federal Constituency in the National Assembly.

Ruling on the Appeal brought by The candidate of the APC Chief Tony OKOCHA,the Appeal Court ruled that there were overwhelming evidence of electoral violence during the march 28 National Assembly election in the Area.
Tony OKOCHA of the APC Had approached the Appeal Court seeking a declaration that the Tribunal which earlier upheld the disputed election erred,because the were no evidence of election in the Area.
