The court of Appeal sitting in owerri has upheld the election of Senator Theodore Orji,the Senator representing Abia Central in the SENATE.
Ahamdi Nweke of APGA had filled an Appeal against the Judgment of the Tribunal which had earlier upheld the election of the Abia Central Lawmaker.
The court ruled that Senator Theodore Orji was duely elected and the petition by the APGA Candidate lacked merit
