Over 20 armed policemen yesterday stormed the office of Community Watchdog Newspaper in Owerriand arrested its publisher Mr.Precious Nwadike.

PUO REPORTS Learnt that Nwadike’s arrest and detention may not be unconnected with a publication where a domestics cook to the Chief of Staff to IMO State government was said to have fled with the IMO state bail out funds.
UCHE Nwosu and his team of lawyers had after the publication asked Mr.Precious NWADIKE to retract his publication and render an apology or face legal action.
In the said publication, Community Watchdog Newspaper alleged that the cook absconded with the IMO state bail out funds,when the IMO Chief of Staff travelled out of the state for official engagement.

Precious NWADIKE has been detained at the IMO state Police Command headquarters with no access to communication.
