The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja will today Wednesday 16 December 2015 deliver its judgement on the Appeal Filed by governor Nyesom Wike against the judgement of Justice Sulieman Ambursa led Rivers State Governorship election petition tribunal which nullified his election.

We reliably Learnt yesterday that following the letter written by lawyer to the Rivers State PDP over the doubt on the credibility and integrity of the panel hearing the Appeal,the President of the Court of Appeal Justice Bulkachuwa constituted a new Panel to hear the various Appeals.
