A leader of the party in Rivers State who was at the meeting where the deal was struck in Abuja boasted on phone to PUO that the Rivers State PDP has taught them that elections are not wont by popularity contest, hence the dirty plot.
Investigation by PUO REPORTS on how the party tends to achieve this hatched plot revealed that a Judge handling the Phalga Constituency 1 Appeal between Hon. Ogbonda James Nwene of the PDP and Nyeche Victoria of the APC has been detailed to declare the APC candidate winner of the Phalga Constituency 1 State Assembly election.

Our investigation further revealed that the three Judges handling the 23 Appeals filled by the APC and the PDP on the state House of Assembly seats were asked to sack 29 members of the Assembly elected on the platform of the PDP, leaving the PDP with only one member in the Assembly since Hon. Josiah John Olu representing Eleme Constituency in the Assembly has no one fighting him at the Appeal court.
Since the Constitution says two-third of the members present will form quorum to elect the Speaker, Victoria Nyeche who will be declared winner by the Appeal court despite loosing at the Tribunal, Hon. Josiah John Olu and the said PDP lawmakers to be spared by the Appeal court will form the quorum in a bid to elect Hon Nyeche Victoria as the Speaker of the Rivers State Houses of Assembly.
