The court of appeal sitting in Abuja, Thursday dismissed the appeal filed Chief Great Ogboru of the Labour Party in the Delta state governorship election which held in April, 2015.
In his ruling on Thursday, Justice Uwani Abba-Aji who led other five-man bench said that Ogboru’s appeal lacked merit and further upheld the tribunal ruling which had earlier dismissed the Labour Party’s guber candidate petition.
