The Chief Judge of Rivers State Justice Daisy Okocha will be Retiring from Service Tomorow Friday 15 January 2016, this is coming Barely two weeks she was confirmed as the substansive Chief Judge of Rivers State by governor Nyesom Wike.
Justice Daisy Okocha was appointed as an Acting Chief Judge of Rivers State on May 29 2015 during the Inauguration of Governor Nyesom Wike.
On 23rd of December 2015, the Port Harcourt division of the Court of Appeal sitting in MOSCOW ROAD, removed all legal challenges as result of the Judgement of Retired Justice Lambo Akanbi during the Administration of Chibuike Amaechi.
