The Court sitting in Niger today dismissed an action commenced by way of originating summon by Ibrahim Waziri a supporter of the Suspended,Dismissed and Disfollowshipped Former General Supritendent of Assemblies of God Church Nigeria Rev DR Paul Emeka against the Niger East (now Niger South) Area Committee members under the General Council of Assemblies of God Nigeria led by Rev Dr Chidi Okoroaofor.
The Counsel for Niger South Area Committee members under the leadership of Dr Chidi Okoroafor filed a preliminary objection on four (4) grounds:-
1. Whether there was proper service against the respondents (Niger South Area Committee members);
2. Whether the Plaintiffs has locus standi to institute the action;
3. Whether the action is such that can be commenced by originating summons and
4. Whether the matter is not an abuse of court process and frivolity

The Court resolved all the four issues raised in favour of the Niger South Area Committee under the able leadership of Dr. Chidi okoroafor and dismissed the suit.

With the outcome of the Court processes,the World now await the Outcome of the Supreme Court decision on the Suit filled against Assemblies of God Church Nigeria by the embattled Suspended and Dismissed Former Leader of Assemblies of God Church
