A good woman is that one person who is able to understand her husband’s weakness and strength. Be a woman who is able to play a major role in strengthening your man even in his most embarrassing moments. To every man,a woman’s constant nagging is nothing but a stream of abuse.
According to research, a man’s ego is surprisingly very fragile especially in the time of failure and embarrassment. This is why your man still needs you to say, I believe in you. Of course,no man will tell you this; but as a good woman you should be able to tell when your man needs it. A man who is going through a fix is already broken in the spirit. This is why you need not remind him of his woes.
Probably your man may have not been able to provide you with all of your heart desires but that doesn’t mean you should let go of his hands by demoralizing him with rash words. I once heard a man say “my wife has made me a better man,than I was years ago” and when asked why,he said.. “she’s the only woman who never says my failures to my face; she’s the only woman who has showered me with lots of chants and respect in my difficult moment. Unlike some women who wouldn’t fail to rain insults and abuses on their husbands when they fail in meeting the needs of the home, she plays a major role in supporting and strengthening me.”
Perhaps,your husband may not have been there, he’s hurt you severally; he’s not interested in knowing your love languages, he’s is too rigid in decision making, and practically cares for his own desires and thinks of how to satisfy them;to him you are just a sex mate, nothing else….. The list goes on! Wives you must bear in mind that you can only help your husbands to your own advantage than being a knife that cuts and lacerates him to your own detriment. Be that woman whose husband is an emperor in her empire. Trying to create more rift between you and your husband will not help solve anything:it will only tear your family apart. You’re meant to be his helpmeet,of what use is the head without the neck? Your husband needs help though he may not mention it because of his ego.
To everything there is a sister hence,to hatred and resentment there’s love. This is why you need to stop looking at the offender and see every offences to be an attribute of the human nature.
A good wife builds her home with so much care, trust and wisdom. Build your home,don’t destroy it.. If you still value it!
