As March 30th draws closer,there are strong indication that the Nigeria Police Force has arranged 10 Witnesses including the man who sold the Fake Professorial Certificate to the Suspended,Dismissed and Disfellowshipped former General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka.
Recall that the Nigeria Police Force had approached an Upper Area Court sitting in Abuja praying it to commit Rev Dr Paul Emeka to Prison on allegation that he had paraded a Fake Certificate for many years which is against the Laws of Nigeria.
Paul Emeka was investigated by the Nigeria Police Force,and he made confessional statements confirming to the team of investigators that the Professorial Certificate in his possession was sold to him by a man who had been Deported from Derby
The Nigerian Police Force after concluding their investigation subsequently arraigned him at the Upper Area Court in Abuja last Month on Criminal Charges.
The presiding Judge last Month ordered the Nigeria Police Force to produce Rev Dr Paul Emeka to court for him to Plead guilty or not guilty in the Accused Box
Agents of Paul Emeka after the order made by the Court,approached Justice Anthony Onovo with an Application to dismantle the order of the Upper Area Court,but that Application was rejected by the JUdge.
The Police is expected to produce Paul Emeka to the Upper Area Court on 30th of March 2016
