FG appoints DR. Dakuku Adol Peterside as Director General of Nigerian Maritime administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
The Federal Government has appointed Dr. Dakuku Adol Peterside as the Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA. The appointment takes effect from 10th March, 2016.
Dr. Dakuku Peterside was the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Party, in the April 11, 2015 Governorship election in Rivers State.
He holds a Doctorate Degree in Management Science (Organisational Behaviour), from the University of Port Harcourt, MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences (B. MLs) in Haematology from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology Rivers State.
Dr. Peterside was elected member, House of Representatives in 2011-2015 and served as Chairman House Committee on Petroleum Resources, (Downstream).
