The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has announced Hon Kelechi Nwogu of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) as the winner of the Rivers State House of Assembly Rerun for Omuma State Constituency.
Kelechi Nwogu,one of the Anti-Amaechi Lawmakers Polled 5,668 Votes to defeat Leo Anyanwu of the All Progressive Congress who polled 3,241 Votes to come second
