Evangel Ability Motivation Institute And Vocational/Rehabilitation Centre (EVAMI SPECIAL SCHOOL) is a School and Rehabilitation Centre for physically challenged (disabled) children, run by the Compassion Ministries Department of the General Council.
For years, EVAMI SPECIAL SCHOOL has been located within the premises of Assemblies of God National Secretariat, Enugu and managed by Compassionate Ministries Director, Rev (Mrs) Georgian Ugah.
The School caters for over 68 inmates and has secured the attention and support of Universal Basic Education Commission, Abuja.

The Battle over The Soul of Evami Special School started as far back as 2009 when he was the Assistant General Superintendent of Assemblies of God
In 2009, when Rev. Dr Paul Emeka was Assitant General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria , he instructed the Deacons and Senior Pastor of Assemblies of God Church, Udi Road, Asata, Enugu to eject EVAMI Special School from kick-off school compound, Udi Road, former National Headquarters’ building. This was later overruled by then Executive Committee.
In 2010, Rev. Paul Emeka unilaterally sent some Auditors to the school without the consent of other General Council Officers because he heard the Management of the school secured Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) subvention to the tune of 6 million Naira. Auditors’ findings were neither palatable to him nor served his purpose. As a result he failed to make the Audit report public till date.
In 2011 Rev Dr Paul Emeka directed that everything having to do with the Special School be removed from General Council budget. The Special School which provides succor and education to the handicapped was therefore starved of funds, stagnated and began to degenerate.
Unfortunately lack of funds hampered Registration/Approval processes already commenced at the Enugu State Ministry of Education. These processes had reached advantaged stage before Dr Emeka became General Superintendent.
In 2011, Rev Dr Paul Emeka declared that EVAMI Special School staff were no longer staff of the General Council.
It is to be noted that EVAMI Special School is a non-profit oriented humanitarian intervention of the Church run purely as SOCIAL SERVICES. Withdrawal of Church funding was thus a death sentence on the School.

When the School resumed for 1st semester 2014/15 the Director of the School (Rev Mrs Geogina Ugah) got a letter signed by one Rev Emeka Eze (The Bleaching Fake Pastor) ordering the closure of EVAMI SPECIAL SCHOOL. While Rev Mrs Ugah was making effort to report the development to Executive Committee, Rev Emeka Eze called her on phone to ignore the closure order!
On 30 September, 2014, two armed men entered the School premises and claimed they had orders from Rev Dr Paul Emeka to instruct Management to close down the School and vacate the premises within three (3) days.
Rev Mrs Ugah reported the matter same day to Hon. Commissioner for Education, who advised we should perfect Registration Processes to enable him have a legal backing to act.
In October 2014, the Management of the School commenced Registration Processes afresh because the Enugu State Ministry of Education could not locate their old file. The Director of School Inspectorate was sent to visit the school as part of Registration Processes. The Director of School Inspectorate, listed the approval requirements which included tax exemption certificate of the school. This took about three weeks to get and on the 23rd of October, 2014, all prescribed Registration fees were paid.
On 29th October 2014, Rev Dr Paul Emeka sacked EVAMI SPECIAL SCHOOL security men and replaced them with his own.
Very Early on 4th November 2014, Rev Mrs Ugah went to prepare the School for Ministry of Education Supervisors coming to inspect the facility, but was prevented from entering the Premises by stern looking security men acting on orders of Rev Dr Paul Emeka.

This development was reported to the Ministry of Education the Hon. Commissioner invited Mrs Ugah and Rev. Emeka Paul to his office for a meeting. At the meeting Dr Emeka, brandishing Court Orders, claimed to be General Superintendent and Proprietor of EVAMI SPECIAL SCHOOL. He further made fabulous claims of providing adequate funds for the School and sponsoring Mrs Ugah for overseas trips.
Rev Mrs Ugah informed the Hon Commissioner that Rev Dr Paul Emeka had since ceased to be General Superintendent and cannot validly lay claims to a Compassionate School founded in 2007 in the name of Assemblies of God Nigeria.
Moved with Compassion for the EVAMI disabled children, the Hon Commissioner advised both parties to resolve the impasse to facilitate Registration and Approval. In spite of Hon Commissioner’s passionate appeal Rev. Mrs Ugah remained banished from the premises for refusing to recognize Rev Emeka as General Superintendent and Proprietor. As a result Registration Processes fully paid for were stalled again.
On 10th April, 2015 one Rev Sam Onwuka forcefully ejected EVAMI SPECIAL SCHOOL inmates including their caregivers leading to disappearance of a 9 year-old homeless disabled boy living in the school.

The matter was reported to the Police who promptly arrested Rev Onwuka. He was however released same day under mysterious circumstances. It is to be noted that Rev Dr Paul Emeka has found a haven in Enugu Police since “AG crisis”.
The matter was later transferred to Zone 9 Umuahia where Sam Onwuka was detained for five nights. Paul Emeka arranged some of the caregivers to testify against Rev Mrs Uga in a bid to make the accuser become the accused!
PUO REPORTS has exclusively gathered,that the heartless and inhuman action of Rev Paul Emeka against the homeless Physically challenged Children led to the disappearance of one of the student who had no were to go when they were ejected from their school on the orders of Wicked Emeka
Paul Emeka had since been using the Properties of the EVAMI school to run his illegal Crown Theological Seminary
