Vyncent Elvin Eebee PhD was a Lecturer a former Commissioner of the Rivers State House of Assembly Commission,a member of the All Progressive Congress(APC) and a Lecturer of Kenule Sarowiwa Polytechnic Bori in Rivers State until Thursday April 21 2016 when a yet to be identified Gunmen Assassinated him right in his Community.

His Death has been politicized especially by the Leadership of his Party(APC) in Rivers State due to the letter written by late Dr Vyncent Elvin Eebee on the 11th of March 2016 with the Title
“Call for thorough investigation into unresolved cases of murder and sundry crimes by Mr. Solomon Ndigbara aka Osama Bin Laden of Yeghe in Gokana Local Government Area, Rivers State”.

But,was his death as a result of the letter he wrote?
PUO REPORTS has made a lot of progress in speaking with some Students of the Polytechnic were Late Dr Vyncent lectures because of the fact that an ND 1 Student of Mass Communication was with him in his car before the ugly incident.
Our findings has revealed that the Death of Dr Vyncent Elvin Eebee has no political undertone as the late Ogoni Born Lecturer had severally been accused by Students of Ken Saro Wiwa Polytechnic of Sexual Harassment even as he Gave F to 95 Students in the last Semester in one of his Courses
Also recall that a student of Mass Communication simply identified as Preye was in the car with Late Dr Vyncenth before the hoodlums killed him

He was also accused of collecting Money as high as 10-20,000 Naira before students can pass some of his Courses
Recall that he was trailed from the School before they killers finally shot him at Yeghe
