Before his Defection to the All Progressives Congress Henry Ogiri, was a former Executive Director, Finance and Administration, NDDC and a PDP chieftain from Abua/Odual LGA of Rivers State.
His Defection is coming after threats to use the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to hunt him by some forces
