The Court Of Appeal Sitting in Abuja has adjourned the application filed by the Governorship Candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance in the April 11th and 25th Governorship election in Abia State Dr Alex Otti to be joined as party in the Appeal by Governor Okezie Okezie Ikpeazu against the Judgement of the Federal High Court.
Alex Otti had filed an application at the Court of Appeal to be joined as one of the Defendants in the Appeal filed by Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Ikpeazu.
The Court adjourned till the 4th of August for hearing and asked parties to file written address.
In the main Time,th Court is now treating the Application for stay of Execution by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu
