The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has adjourned till 9th of August 2016 for hearing of the Appeal filed by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu against the Judgement of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court which had asked him to vacate office for the President of Masters Energy Dr Uche Ogah.
The Court it will deliver both its ruling on the Application for stay of execution filed by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu,application for vacation of the order by the Osisioma High Court filed by Dr Uche Ogah and the Appeal Proper Same Day.
The case was adjourned till August 9th 2016 for Hearing
