A five-member panel of Appeal Court judges, led by Justice Morenike Ogunwumiju has dismissed the application filed by the Governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance in the April 11th and 25th Governorship election in Abia State Dr Alex Otti to be joined as a party in the Appeal filed by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu against the Judgement of Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court.
Recall that the court had fixed today 4th August 2016 to rule on the Application by Dr Alex Otti.
In its ruling today in Abuja,the Court of Appeal described Dr Alex Otti as a Meddlesome Interloper(Mere Busy Body) wanting to inherit where he did not sow
The Court awarded a cost of N50,000 against Dr Alex Otti and subsequently dismissed his Application.
