The Minister Of Justice and Attorney General of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria has written to the Nigeria Police Force to forward the Criminal Case File of Paul Emeka,a former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria who was alleged to have forged a University Of Derby Professorial Certificate.
The Attorney at the resumed sitting of the Court today at the Upper Area Court Gudu Abuja officially notified the Presiding Judge Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko of his intention to take over the Prosecution on behalf of the Federal Government from Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
In the Letter written by Muhammad Saidi Diri, Director Public Prosecutor of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria on behalf of the Attorney General of the Federation,the AGF asked the police to forward to his Office the Original case File.
It will be recalled that the Police had after concluding their Investigation,refused to Charge Chief Paul Emeka to Court
