Concerned Youths Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria has Petitioned Justice K N Ogbonnaya,the Judge of the FCT High Court 24 who gave an Order on the 27th Of June 2016 asking the Upper Area Court to stay Proceedings pending the outcome of the Application brought by Counsel to Chief Paul Emeka.
The Group in a Petition before the National Judicial Council asked the NJC to Investigate the activities Of Justice K N Ogbonnaya particularly in respect of a Forgery Case Involving a Former General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Paul Emeka who forged a University Of Derby Professorial Certificate in 2005.
The Group Stated that it was shocking to Discover that Justice K N Ogbonnaya gave an Order to stay proceeding on a Trial Case at a time the FCT High Courts had gone on Vacation.
Bro Stanley Ubani,the Spokesman of the Group also wants the Chief Justice Of Nigeria to look into the activities of Justice K N Ogbonnaya who the group said may have been Compromised by Chief Paul Emeka.
It will be recalled that the FCT High Court had adjourned till on the 22nd Of September 2016 for Hearing on the Application brought by Chief Paul Emeka praying it to Stay proceedings at the Upper Area Court where he is Standing Trial For Forgery
