The New DPPF who was at the Nigerian Customs Service when the approval for Paul Emeka’s Forgery case to be taken over by the Ministry Of Justice took Place brought another Idea that the AGF should wait until Police produce the Investigation report of the Forgery Case of Paul Emeka so that the AGF can Re-Institute the matter at the Federal High Court.
On the 19th of September Paul Emeka’s Charge and Bail Lawyer came in Court boasting that he held a meeting with the DPPF and that the Prosecutor Mrs Charles Okolie has been stopped from Coming to the Upper Area Court.
The Local Lawyer who claimed to be called to the Bar in 1983 forgot that by that statement he has indicted himself by revealing that the DPPF has Compromised.
When the Attorney General Returns Nextweek,we Shall Present evidence of the meeting between Barr Ajii and the New DPPF.
Once a Case has been approved by the Attorney General,there is absolutely nothing anybody can do,except to come to court and Defend himself.
The Attorney General has Approved for the Ministry of Justice to take Over the Forgery Case against Paul Emeka and there is nothing anybody including the so called Northern CAN Chairman Yakubu Pam can Do.
The Tissue Paper called Court Order secured by Charge and Bail Lawyer Barr J.U AJII cannot help the Nsukka Born Certificate Forger to Escape Justice .
The Only option left for Paul Emeka is to prepare his Defense very Well because he will arraigned at the Federal High Court Abuja for Forgery which is Punishable with 10-20years In JAIL
