The Attorney General Of The Federation and Minister Of Justice Mr Abubakar Malami has summoned the Inspector General Of Police Mr Ibrahim Kpotum Idris to appear and explain why the Police are yet to forward the Criminal Case File of a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Chief Dr Paul Emeka.
Sources at the Ministry Of Justice who are privy to the Developments told PUO REPORTS that the Minister Of Justice is particularly angry that despite acknowledging the receipt of the Letter Dated June 28th and Signed by the Immediate Past Director Of Public Prosecutions of the Federation Mr Muhammadu Diri,the Police are yet to act on the Directives.
The Attorney General of the Federation who is still in far away New York in the United States Of America has delegated the Director of Public Prosecutions Mr Mohammed Etsu to meet with the Inspector General Of Police
The Meeting PUO REPORTS learnt,will be taken place at the Ministry Of Justice Headquarters in Maitama Abuja on Tuesday September 27th 2016
The Legal Department of the Nigerian Police Force are also expected to be in attendance
