A Former General Superintendent Of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka has finally landed into bigger trouble as Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of FCT High Court 34 has summoned him to appear in person on the 30th of November 2016 over the Forgery Case against him.
The Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria had Instituted a Direct Criminal complaint against Rev Paul Emeka at the Upper Area Court in Gudu Abuja for forgery and use of Forged Documents.
Trouble started for Rev Paul Emeka when the Church found out that a University Of Derby Professorial Certificate he presented to the Church was Fake.
Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako of the Upper Area Court had on the 4th of February ordered the Nigerian Police to arrest and produce Rev Paul Emeka to Court for Trial,but his Lawyer Barr J.U Ajii in a desperate move to frustrate the Process went and secured an Ex Parte Order from Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of an FCT High Court in June 2016.
The Attorney General Of The Federation and Minister Of Justice had on the 30th of August 2016 through a representative Mrs Charles Okolie announced his Appearance to take over the Forgery case against Rev Paul Emeka from the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
PUO REPORTS gathered that the AGF in days to come may file Fresh Charges bordering on Forgery against Rev Paul Emeka at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of an FCT High Court while adjourning the case to November 30th also asked Three Members of the Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria to Appear in Court.
The Court also indicated Interest in seeing Puouzoma
