The Supreme Court will Tomorrow Tuesday 8th November 2016 decide wether or not to abridge the time frame in the Appeal Filed by Dr Uche Ogah against the Judgement of Justice Morenikeji Ogunwumiju Appeal Court Panel which had upturned the Judgement of Justice Abang Okon of the Federal High Court.
Uchechukwu Ogah through his Led Counsel Dr. Alex Iziyon SAN. Filed a motion for the abridgement of time that will enable the matter to be determined as quickly as possible .
But the Governor Of Abia State Dr Okezie Ikpeazu through his lead counsel Chief Wale Olanipekun SAN is arguing that the case should go on normally without being fast forwarded.
The case is purely a pre-election Case
The Position of the Supreme Court tomorrow will determine wether or not Judgement will come in the case before the end of 2016
