Justice Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court sitting in Portharcourt the Rivers State Capital has ordered the Independent Nationa; Electoral Commission to conclude election in Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.
It will be recalled that INEC had via a Press State some months ago said that elctions in Tai Local Government Area has been concluded,a claim the Rivers State Chapter of the PDP refused to accept,prompting its candidate to approach the Court.
The Court however did not order INEC to Conduct Fresh Poll in Tai Local Government Area
