Member Elect Ikwerre State Constituency Hon Azubuike Chikere Wanjoku has been issued with his Certificate of return by the Independent National electoral Commission INEC.
Wanjoku had last Saturday polled a total of 33678 votes to defeat Anselm Oguguo to emerge winner of Ikwerre State Constituency Rerun
