The Supreme Court will Today Friday May 12th 2017 Deliver Judgement on the Appeal by Dr Uche Ogah,President of Masters Enery against the Judgement of the Court Of Appeal which annuled the Federal High Court Judgement that Disqualified Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.
Uche Ogah in his Brief of argument is contesting that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu lied under oath hence not Qualified to be the Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) .
Ogah is praying the Supreme Court to Disqualiy Dr Uche Ogah and Declare him the authentic Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
The Supreme Court will rule on that case Today
