Today the Leadership and Members of Assemblies Of God Nigeria successfully held its National Thanksgiving Service for the Victory God gave the Church at the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017.
Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor,General Superintendent and Wife Rev Mrs Stella Chidi Okoroafor,Rev Pst Ejikeme and Wife Rev Mrs Victoria Ejim,Rev Dr Godwin Amaowoh General Secretary,Rev Dr Vincent Alaje General Treasurer and Wife Rev Mrs Julie Alaje,Retired General Superintendent Rev Dr Charles Osueke and Wife Mummy Blessing Osueke,Former EC MEMBERS,and Serving Ec Memebers,District Superintendent,Presbyters and thousands of Members attended the Thanksgiving.
The Church presented a Total more than 100 Cows as Thanksgiving Offering unto the Lord.
Speaking at the Occasion,the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State Chief Dave Umahi represented by his Deputy Dr Kelechi Igwe hailed the General Superintendent Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor and subsequently made a Donation of Ten Cows.
Guest Speaker of the Thanksgiving Service Rev Dr Uma Ukpai said it was an act of ungratefulness for someone to fight a Denomination that gave one a Platform
“You cannot meet God in Assemblies Of God Nigeria and rise up to Fight Assemblies Of God Nigeria,it is a Spiritual Blindness”
“You cannot take us to Court and Claim you Love Us”
It will be recalled that the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017 Dismissed the Appeal filed by a former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria for lack of merit
